Shipping policy

1. Shipping within the United States

Maelove ships throughout the United States.

Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) to all fifty (50) U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses.

2. Order Processing

Maelove orders are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

3. Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is free for U.S. orders over $50 USD.

Orders under $50 USD are subject to a $6.95 flat-rate shipping fee.

4. Delivery Time

Transit time varies depending on your shipping address and its distance from Maelove's California-based fulfillment facility.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, order volume, or other circumstances beyond Maelove's control.

5. International Shipping

Maelove also offers shipping to select locations outside the United States.

International customers should allow approximately two to three weeks from order placement to delivery.

For Canadian customers, free shipping is available on orders over $120 CAD.

Maelove collects applicable taxes and duties during checkout for Canadian orders to help simplify the delivery process and reduce customs delays.

6. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers can use the tracking information to monitor their shipment.

7. Shipping Delays

Delivery dates are estimates only.

Maelove is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather, customs, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact Maelove as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing or shipped, changes may not be possible.
